The API uses a separate credit model and does not require an app subscription. Captions currently documents credits at $0.05 each, with an initial 360 credits and dashboard purchases between 100 and 12,000 credits. AI Creator, AI Ads, and AI Translate consume one credit per second of generated video, so a 30-second output costs 30 credits, or $1.50 at the documented rate. Rate limits are currently five requests per minute for these endpoints.
