Is submission to the directory really free? +

Yes. Qualified tools can be submitted and listed at no cost through our standard editorial review. Paid plans offer priority queue position, featured placement, and stronger promotional visibility — they are optional, not required for a listing.

How does the priority review queue work? +

Pro and Business plan buyers move to the front of our editorial review queue, which typically reduces wait time from 2–6 weeks to a few days. You still go through the same editorial evaluation — the plan doesn't guarantee publication, but it accelerates review timing.

Can I pay with a credit card instead of PayPal? +

PayPal accepts credit and debit cards even if you don't have a PayPal account. Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal checkout page. No PayPal account is required.

What currency are the plan prices in? +

Plans are priced in USD. Your bank may apply conversion fees if your card is in a different currency. Contact us before purchasing if you need a different currency arrangement.

What happens after I pay? +

After a successful PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Our team is notified automatically. If you haven't submitted your tool yet, use the Submit Tool page. We will review your submission with priority status.

Do you offer refunds? +

Plans are non-refundable once a review has begun. If you have a problem with your payment, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind after editorial work has started.
