Still the king for long-form writing workflows

I have tested every major LLM over the past year and ChatGPT with GPT-4o remains unbeatable for drafting, editing, and rewriting long-form marketing copy. The context window and instruction-following are just more reliable than the alternatives. My team produces 3x more content per week since we added it to our workflow.

Canva AI features are genuinely useful now

The Magic Studio suite in Canva has gone from gimmick to genuinely useful in 12 months. Background removal, Magic Resize, and the AI presentation generator save our design team at least 4 hours a week. Not a Figma replacement for complex UI work, but for social, decks, and marketing assets it is hard to beat.

Notion AI changed how I manage project docs

Notion AI summarisation and Q&A features inside my workspace are genuinely game-changing. Instead of hunting through pages I just ask what was decided last month and get the answer instantly. The writing assistant is solid too. Main downside: it costs extra on top of an already expensive Notion subscription.

Zapier + AI actions = the ultimate automation stack

Using Zapier AI actions with GPT-4o I have automated everything from lead qualification to weekly report generation. The no-code builder means the marketing team runs their own automations without bugging the dev team. Would recommend to any ops or RevOps person looking to cut manual work.

Good for brand voice consistency, expensive for solos

Jasper brand voice training is its killer feature. Once you set it up it keeps every piece of copy on-brand automatically. The templates are deep and well-designed. However the pricing is clearly aimed at teams. At $49/month for the Creator plan it is hard to justify against ChatGPT Plus at $20/month unless brand consistency is mission-critical.

Underrated for business writing - especially emails

Everyone knows Grammarly fixes grammar but the tone suggestions for business emails are massively underrated. The GrammarlyGO generative features make it much more useful than the old version. Works seamlessly in Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, and most web apps. Free tier is surprisingly capable.
